What we collect
Mailzen Space is built to minimize data collection. Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
- Basic website analytics and server logs generated when you load the marketing site.
- Extension state stored locally in your browser, such as settings, cached inbox data, and UI preferences.
- Email content and metadata that the extension fetches on your behalf from the connected mail service so the inbox can render quickly.
- Information you send to us directly, for example if you contact support.
- Email addresses you submit to join the Pro waitlist.
How we use it
We use the information above to operate the site, provide the extension, and improve the experience.
- Load inbox data and power one-click email actions.
- Keep local preferences and cached mail available between uses.
- Diagnose bugs and improve performance.
- Respond to questions or support requests.
- Manage early access requests for the Pro waitlist.
How data stays local
The core product path is direct: your browser talks to the mail provider, and the extension keeps its working data in your browser. We do not run a separate service that stores your inbox content on our servers as part of normal product use.
No middleman. No inbox warehouse.
Waitlist storage
Pro waitlist submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 so we can review and manage early access requests. Those submissions are separate from inbox data and are only used for Pro launch communication and internal review.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell inbox content or use it for advertising. We only share information when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid request.
Cookies and storage
The site and extension may use browser storage to remember settings and keep the experience responsive. We do not rely on advertising cookies. If the site uses standard hosting logs or similar operational tools, they are limited to maintaining the service.
Admin access
The Pro waitlist review page is protected by Cloudflare Access. We only allow authenticated team members to view submissions.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage, uninstall the extension, or stop using the service at any time. If you want help with your account or data, contact us through the support channel in the footer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the site and the extension, but no online system is perfectly secure. Keep your browser and operating system updated, and protect access to your mail account with strong authentication.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. If the change is significant, we will revise the date on this page and update the site accordingly.
